I have been in the construction business for 40years. Residential ground up to heavy commercial and industrial, and everything in between, there isn't much I won't or can't do when it comes to things around your house or property, with the exception of HVAC. I am a GB-98 licensed general contractor. Mainly looking for small projects (hourly, daily....) might consider slightly larger projects depending on what you need done.
My hourly rate is $65.00 per hr. ($50.00 per hr. for seniors 65 and older) with a 3 hr minimum, in the Aztec/ Farmington area, 4 hr min in Durango (travel time to and from your project is included in the minimum). That includes tools, truck, knowledge. Materials that you may want me to provide are extra. If your project requires tools or equipment rental that I don't have, that would be extra as well. I am honest and upfront, and pride myself in a job well done. You treat me right, I'll take care of you. Get your project done right the first time. Don't settle for substandard just because it's cheaper.....
