90% of the roof joists have been fixed or replaced, the roof was seamed and recoated. Decent sized deck, plenty of parking.
It comes furnished. Big bunk bed in the front bedroom with small dresser and tv. Tv in the front room with a pull out bed/couch. Lots of counterspace in the kitchen, tons of storage cupboards and cabinets. Brand new gas stove, microwave, very large refrigerator and nice water filter system under the double sink. I don't remember how old the hot water heater is, but I don't think it's very old. The furnace is brand new. Front load washer and dryer. There are two little window mount a/c units. Queen sized bed, big dresser and tv in back bedroom. It's just not worth it to hire a moving company to take our stuff from there back home so we're just including it all with the house.
Also, Xfinity high speed internet is available. We were paying about $100 a month for it.
