These birdhouses and feeders are individually crafted by a 94-year-old retired master carpenter. They are beautifully made and make a perfect addition to your landscape as well as terrific gifts for any occasion. Bird Feeders are $35.00 Lid of feeders pulls up along hanging rope for easy filling. Birdhouses are priced from $28 - $50 depending upon size and complexity. While these birdhouses are perfectly suitable for outdoor use, they also make unique accent pieces in the house, on a porch or in the garden. Made of recycled/ repurposed wood, each house and feeder features hand-cut wood shakes on the roof. All houses have a removable bottom or back for cleaning after nesting season. Log cabin features a hand applied stone facade chimney. Round bottom houses have an eye for easy hanging. Entry holes are generally perfect size for small birds, but too small for predator types. Roofs of feeders and houses are stained with all-weather deck-stain and the entire house is coated with spar urethane. These pieces are built to last. Nothing like the cheap, made in China versions available online or at the craft store.
